We recommend referring to our Size Guide available on each product page to help determine your best fit. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for extra comfort or reaching out to our customer service team for personalized assistance.
3. How can I care for my Prettiest Problem items?
To keep your pieces looking snatched, we recommend hand washing or machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry to maintain their breathability and sculpting effect. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals to preserve the fabric.
4. What materials are your products made from?
Our collections are crafted from soft, breathable, and sculpting fabrics like cotton blends, stretch-knit, and high-performance elastane. These materials are designed to hug your body comfortably while allowing for easy movement.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can easily follow your package’s journey. You can also check the Order Tracking section on our website for real-time updates.
7. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase! We offer returns and exchanges on unused, unopened products within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. 8. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee changes can be made, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
